K-Street Beef Noodles

K-Street Beef Noodles pairs succulent, marinated, stir-fried minced beef with noodles and a sharp slaw. The meat is marinated in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, which combine to lend a rich umami experience. The noodles and crunchy slaw (red and white cabbage combined), offset the rich beef, fusing Korean flavours and textures.
